Lineups Locked

Lineups are locked and can no longer be edited, but the week’s scoring window hasn’t opened. Nothing is ranked yet.

Scoring Live

The week’s scoring window is open. Until the first score update lands, totals read as pending rather than as zeroes — a zero would look like a real score. After it, scores arrive as eligible episodes are processed, and ranks and totals stay provisional.

Under Review

The week has finished playing and its scores are being checked. Results are not final yet and can still change.

Final

The week is settled. Its rankings and score receipts are fixed and will not change again.

Scores Unavailable

The score source could not be read. This is an outage, not a stage of the week — no rank is shown rather than a wrong one.

Lineup Total

Your Lineup Total combines the weekly CourScores of your seven eligible anime. CourScore is calculated from qualifying AniList member, favorite and rating changes.

When scores update

While a week is scoring, totals refresh as eligible episodes are processed — there is no fixed tick. The standings carry the instant the pool was last refreshed, so the numbers on screen are always a snapshot you can date.

Ranking movement

▲ and ▼ compare a player’s rank now with their rank in the previous settled week. Movement is shown only when both snapshots are real and different, so a week that has not been scored yet shows no movement at all rather than a manufactured “unchanged”.

Ties

Ties share a rank. If two lineups finish a week with the same total (compared to one decimal place), they take the same place, and the next rank is skipped — standard competition ranking (1, 2, 2, 4).

When results become final

A week stops scoring at the following Monday 12:00 PM ET, goes Under Review while its scores are checked, and is then settled. Once it is final, its rankings and score receipts no longer change.
